

1. Blow out radiator color and clean machine with compressed air.
2. Clean grease fittings and lubricate.
3. Check distributor and alternator.
4. Change engine oil and filter element.
5. Check transmission and differential oil level; fill if necessary.
6. Clean air cleaner; Inspect hose and connection.
7. Check upright assembly for proper adjustment.
8. Check battery; add water and clean terminals.
9. Check hydraulic oil level; fill if necessary.
10. Check power steering oil level; fill if necessary.
11. Check power steering for proper adjustment.
12. Inspect steer axle assembly.
13. Check fuel, oil, water systems for leaks; check radiator for proper coolant level.
14. Inspect clutch pedal and linkage for proper adjustment.
15. Inspect brake pedal linkage for proper adjustment.
16. Check master cylinder; Fill if necessary.
17. Check engine PCV valve.
18. Check all accessory drive belts for proper tension.
19. Check carburetor and accelerator linkage including choke control.
20. Inspect spark plugs and ignition writing.
21. Inspect lift and tilt cylinders for leaks.
22. Check drive and steer tires for wear and damage.
23. Operational check and physical inspection of machine.
24. Advise customer of needed repairs.

4. Check master cylinder; fill if necessary.
5. Check hydraulic oil level; fill if necessary.
6. Check for hydraulic leaks.
7. Check mast assembly, carriage, rollers chains and forks.
8. Check steering gear and linkage.
9. Check speed controller and linkage.
10. Check all contactors and switches.
11. Check resistor, all connections and inspect for faulty wiring.
12. Check differential oil; add if necessary.
13. Lubricate entire truck.
14. Check battery, connector and water level.
15. Inspect steer axle and tie rod ends.
16. Operational check and physical inspection.
17. Advise customer of needed repairs.
1. Blow off entire equipment.
2. Check battery, connector and add water.
3. Check transmission oil level; add if necessary.
4. Check hydraulic oil level; add if necessary.
5. Inspect hydraulic pump and lift cylinder for leaks.
6. Inspect brakes and linkage.
7. Check contactors and switches.
8. Inspect wheels and tires for wear and damage.
9. Inspect truck for loose, damaged or missing parts.
10. Check complete operation of truck.
11. Advise customer of needed repairs.
